Produces dense coatings that resist wear and erosion at high temperatures up to 3,000 F (1,650 C)
Typical applications include mechanical pump seals and shaft inlays. For electrical applications, this material can be used when a high dielectric strength is required.
Recommended for resistance to wear by abrasive grains, hard surfaces, particle erosion & cavitation at temperatures up to 350-400 F (175-200 C). Has self-mating and anti-galling properties.
Successfully used in petrochemical industry for pup impellers, compressor rods, mechanical pump seals and casing rings.
Produces coatings of high macro and micro hardness with a very high tensile bond strength.
Recommended for severe abrasive and fretting wear applications in temperatures ranging from 1,000 F (540 C) to 1,500 F (815 C).
Typical applications include pump seals, exhaust fans, cam followers and fuel rod mandrels.
Essentially pure copper.
Common applications include electrical resistors and capacitors and printing cylinder and rolls.
Coatings are very dense, very wear resistant and have twice the strength and hardness of other bronzes.
Successful applications include pump impellers, bronze castings, plungers and machine element work.
