Process coatings can produce varying degrees of over-spray.  When appropriate, part surfaces adjoining targeted coating areas are protected from all over-spray with various masking compounds, thermal tapes, plastics, sheeting, & fixtures.  As a result, part damage is eliminated and cleanup is minimal.

Our coating processes are always preceded and include part surface preparations with abrasive blasting procedures & materials such as aluminum oxide grit.  Correct surface profiling with the elimination of all foreign contaminants are critical processes in achieving optimum coating bond strengths  and adhesion.
